An estimated 40,000 took to the streets of downtown Portland Saturday for an anti-war protest and march. A large contingent took control of the Morrison Bridge for about an hour halting traffic and prompting a police response. A smaller group attempted to move up the I-5 on ramp but were disperced with pepper spray, vehicles and a show of force.
