An estimated 40,000 took to the streets of downtown Portland Saturday for an anti-war protest and march. A large contingent took control of the Morrison Bridge for about an hour halting traffic and prompting a police response. Protestors are treated with milk to the eyes after being pepper sprayed in the face by Portland Police near the I-5 on ramp.
