Quadriplegic Heagy Drives

Ron Heagy tests out a mouthpiece connected to a retrofitted control system which will allow him to be the first C3 Quadriplegic to drive a gas powered automobile on their own. He has decided to debut his driving skills as an Honorary Pace car (affectionately known as the 'Face Car') for the main event at the Portland Rose Cup.
