May 15, 2003 - Warm Springs Indian Robert Charley Sr., greets the sunrise and a crow with hopes of catching a chinook from the Deschutes River near Shearers Falls outside of Maupin, Oregon. Their tribe still practices the age-old the art of dip netting atop wooden platforms which hang precariously above the rushing waters.
