Kuahiwi Ranch Drought

An old cow skull lays bleaching in the hot sun as cattle rancher Guy Galimba monitors the current drought conditions effecting his family-owned Kuahiwi Ranch in the town of Naalehu on the southern part of the Big Island, Hawaii. They have had only one day of significant rain in the past two weeks and green grass has now been replaced by dead grass and parched earth.
